You agree not to:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Each subscription tier includes a monthly request limit. Exceeding your limit may result in temporary suspension until the next billing cycle. We may implement additional rate limits to ensure service availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our verification results are error-free. Citation verification is provided as a tool to assist your research, not as legal advice. You should always verify critical citations independently.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUARDIAN AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guardian AI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
